Soniya Rawat is a Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia. Her work is rooted in a humanistic-existential approach, through which she offers a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, identity, and life choices.
Her practice is shaped by her engagement with social justice and community-based work, including her time with Samanta Foundation in Uttarakhand. She draws from multiple therapeutic modalities to thoughtfully tailor the therapy process according to each client’s unique needs. She works with concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, academic stress, life transitions, and the development of self-awareness and insight.
Sambhrant Thakur is an Assistant Professor of Psychology trained in a humanistic-existential approach to therapy. He holds a BA in Psychology from DIT University, Dehradun, an MA in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia.
He offers a safe, empathetic, and reflective space for individuals to explore their emotional world, personal struggles, and lived experiences. His work includes supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, men’s mental health, and a range of general emotional and psychological challenges, with a focus on fostering self-understanding, resilience, and meaning.
Aditya is a counselling psychologist with training in clinical and assessment-based practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked across clinical settings, providing psychoeducation, counselling, and psychological assessments with clients from diverse backgrounds.
His approach is eclectic and grounded, drawing from CBT, DBT, narrative, behavioural, and humanistic therapies. Aditya is deeply committed to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care, with a strong interest in making psychological support accessible and meaningful
